                     In high school, I found it much easier to write a paper. Teachers in high school paid more attention to capital letters, punctuation and spellings. College writing is much more deeper, In college writing you have to make sure you have a introduction, thesis, MLA or APA citing etc. According to Maddalena essay '' In college, you should start using first-person pronouns in your formal academic writing, where appropriate.'' I always avoid using first-person to start my writing in high school.    In Boyd's essay the rhetorical strategies, she  is asking questions and answering them. This way helps the paper to be more deeper and straight to the point.  A quote from Boyd's essay state '' Every time you go to write anything (and every time you open your mouth), weather actively conscious of the purpose or not, you are making decisions about which words to use and what tone to establish as you order your thoughts based upon what is appropriate for your intended audience in that context.'' It is always right to know which appropriate tone and languages to use when writing a essay.   

 The Organization Strategy that I use in my Doc 2 is to choose topics around issues that interest me.  I normally generate ideas, by brain storming. I like to write down all my ideas down on a paper, this give me a better understanding of what I want my readers to know. By exploring the issue, this way I am able to create an argument to write in my paper. Drafting a thesis help to support my writing. In Doc 2 I am encouraging college students to choose nursing as their college major. A logical argument is about the shortage of nurses in the United States and around the world. According to Jones essay "On an average news day, there are entire websites and blogs dedicated to nothing ethical, factual, and legal problems with public arguments, especially on the news and radio talk shows.'' Some of the arguments can be validated with facts and ultimately create logical arguments.

        My Essay is about why should people choose nursing as a career. Nursing is my major in college and I think people should know more about this career.  T here are lots of hospitals looking for nurses to work. I want to get people more attention to healthcare and how it can benefit them in the future. Carroll speak about how to use Rhetorical Analysis to get people attention.  Using outside sources in academic writing can help make a essay more efficient. It can draw more readers. Mike Bunn works with quotes and paraphrases to help improve his writing and have more people to read his essay.  I want to explain how Mike Bunn techniques help me with my academic writing. Using quotes help me to relate to what my topics is about. This way when people read my essay they will see that my topic can be related to so many other people in the world. Using paraphrases help makes my essay more clearer.  There are so many things in this word that makes it hard for people to succeed or almost to a point where they almost did not reach their goal. My Rhetorical situation is about my first couple of months attending high school in America. I am writing this essay because I want to speak on my troubles communicating with other because of my accent and how it affect my grades. Since my accent was really strong back then it was hard for me to do presentation which my grades depend on for one of my class. In the communication triangle video the four main parts of the communication triangle are: writer, reader, subject and text. I think this communication triangle can help me a lot with communicating with people.
